[?]: WinCC 6.2 server - Runs only in DEMO after upgrade

Help, Upgraded WinCC to 6.2 from 6.x. Server 64K with 512 archives with User Archives installed, but only runs in DEMO.
Complains of more than 512 archive tags.
I used the keys in Simatic_EKB_Install_2007_07_01 but it doesn't seem to work. Everything worked OK with earlier version of 6.x

Any thoughts, tips, suggestions?

I did download that Beta, same thing. The WinCC Authorization information says:

SISLA9WRC40602 - WinCC Runtime+Configuration 64K Power TAgs 512 Archive Tags.
More than 512 archive tags were found. The "Archive" License is required.

I have installed the User Archive software & license and it shows up OK in the ALM. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled all of WinCC with both Premium Studio & the WinCC 6.x - WinCC 6.2 upgrade disk, no luck.

I've got the following installed:
WinCC RC, WinCC Server, WinCC User Archives and the normal communications stuff.

I actually purchased and paid for WinCC and the upgrade, its just I don't like to use "Upgrade" keys or software, its more maintenance and not as clean.

This is Beta - see last keys in ALL KEYS or find key SIFCY9WTGX06001
