[?]: RsSql and Com+ communication

i have a com+ server application what it's connected to a server that it has data and i suppose that i have a configuration to it with RsSql, but when i'm setting up , the transaction is not passed. would anyone tell me what it's happening here, please

Did you instaled the com+ activation for RSSQL?, because for COM+ and SAP you need and special activation.
