Has any one ever used these small form factor Allen Bradley PLCs or can make any recommendations? I've come across some one who wants me to program this but I have no knowledge of this. From AB's website I got some info but nothing that can help me practically.
Also, this uses Picosoft software for programming....any one have any info on this as well?

Hi friend the pico PLC is a good controler for small aplications where doesnt be necesary a big program or control something critical. You can make the program with picosoft from the computer or direct from the screen of the plc sometimes its practical for small cabinets.
good luck

Thanks for your reply Oscar.Lopez. (?by the way did you get my PM?).
Just to update I contacted a local vendor and a rep is going to come in to help us asses what we need. We may use AB or some other cheaper vendor. AB is on the costly side and don't have an all inclusive starter kit. The deciding factor will be what kind of support we get in the initial start up state.
Peace.
