Does anybody try startup on PC runtime project wincc flexible or protool as service?

yes you can do it.
you need instsrv.exe and srvany.exe from the ms resource-kit
for example look here http://www.iopus.com/guides/srvany.htm
download the exe-files look here http://www.electrasoft.com/srvany/srvany.htm

I try do it with these programs. When I startup new service appear fault that this service dont't startup on local PC.
I tried statup wincc flexible runtime project as service (W2000) with use srvany.
Appear fault:
