[?]: Problems Proworx - Momentum M1 Processor Adapter

I have communication problems with M1 Processor Adapter.
When I try to Compare Master Database To Controller, ProWORX Nxt begins to compare but, when it reaches User Logic Network : 0034, appears a Message (364) Timeout during receive. Also it happens when I try to Read from controller.
I am using a RJ45 modbus cable, the Message appears in both Modbus 1 Port connector and Modbus 2 Port connector.
I have used 3 modbus cables, 2 Notebook HP, reinstalled ProWorx NxT, increased Timeout in Communication Setup, created a Database, and the message still appears.
If I open Database and go online, it`s possible, I can make program modifications, but sometimes message (364) appears, and also I can´t Read from controller.
Of this way program modifications only will be in memory Processor and not in a Database.
Can somebody help me to know what it´s happening?

Why not try with Proworx32?
Proworx Nxt is a little bit old software.
