[?]: profibus repeater

hi everybody,
i am designing a system, it consists of a belt scale monitoring equipment and a plc, this belt scale monitoring equipment will communicate with the plc by profibus dp over a distance of 2500 meters. i need to place a repeater between it to amplify the signal. could i just use a simple rs-485 repeater that available in the market (i.e. adam-4510s-de from advantech) to do the job? thanks in advance.
