[?]: I have my license corrupt

hi!
I need help with step 7
i have intall step 7 v5.3 in my laptop, now i install s7 sp3 and i lost my license, my old license is now corrupt,
i have the error c229,
do somebody know how i can recover my license?
i think that i need an activation code, it´s true?

i already use the program alm v3.0, but it said me that the license is corrutp, and when i check it the program said me that it is defective.
do you think how i can get the activation number without call to SIEMENS? or if exist other form?

For restoration of an original key you should call in Siemens support.

If you do not have opportunity to call you can install a key from EKB_Install on other partition of a hard disk.
After reception of the answer from Siemens remove this key.

Если у тебя нет возможности позвонить, то ты можешь установить ключ из EKB_Install на другой раздел жесткого диска.
После получения ответа от Сименса удалите этот ключ.
