[?]: ALM V3.0 Install problem with Vista

Dear Friends,

I have problem when I try install ALM 3.0.
Install process getting start and when processing "Starting services" it has rollbacking install.
I am getting this message "Setup interruppted".

Some myfriend has same problema as well. He bought a laptop with vista.
He has removed Vista and install Xp like me. We have same problem now.
Does anyone have any idea?
