[?]: How work software redundant ?

Post by cemara »

I am installing software redundant, after downloading i got this problem:

1. Both CPU in stop mode:
- at first IM153-2 SF blink, ACT off.
- at second IM153-2 every thing is OK, ACT on
- SF and BF LED at both CPU are off

2. Switch CPU to RUN mode:
- SF LED on at both CPU
- at first IM153-2 SF blink, ACT off.
- at second IM153-2 every thing is OK, ACT on

Could anybody tell me what is wrong? i would like to attach my hw config and network picture along with my program. DiagnoseA.txt and DiagnoseB.txt are the event i recorded from diagnose buffer of CPU A and CPU B respectively.
But i do not know how to do it here. i could send by email, my email is cmr_asri@yahoo.com. i have bundle it into pdf file, only 291 kB. thank you in advance

...well..

...do you have make change in HW config!?
...do you dowload that changes to your CPUs?
...be careful with termination of your bus!

...good luck...and let us know :?

...put both CPUs in one single project...so you wil have single system data which will be stored to both cpus...

...maybe now happend that both cpus have adresses nr 2...check that

I got it,

My program only have 2 IEC function block. instead of writing 2 at IEC LEN in OB100, i wrote 8. after changing it to 2 everything is fine.
