Hi

You have 2 possibilities.
1 is the sympas and you can download it from the jetter site.
The other is the jetsym.

You need to know how old is your project once some times it's hard to change sympas to jetsym.

Hi

I have also NanoB PLC and we work with the sympas software.
Anyway we use jetsym to see some problems but not to upload or download because their are some problems with the names and some caracters not used like %&/#, etc.
