How to configure a MSG instruction Read only from 1 SLC5/04 ,2 SLC5/03 DH485 to DH+ by 1785-KA5p/B to a SLC5/04 over DH+ ?
An information from 3 Processor that I want ot read about 65 files 1801 words.

i am not sure about the data amountyou want to read, but a msg inst. for each node on the recieving plc should do it. if you want to read all 1800 words you need to look at a different way to get your data. a msg over dh+ will be very slow. more info on what you are doing may help to get a better answer

If you do not have already a MSG setup on other PLC, just take the book or read the help. It is not so complicated.
But your problem is that too many words.
One MSG instruction will transfer maximum 103 words. So you will need
at least 18MSG's
But wait , you have them spread over 65 files, so you will need at least 65 MSG's right?
Hoping you have enough memory you have to arrange them not to be in same time.
I am not sure, but looks like the you want to add the new PLC over an existing DH+ network. Never done this, I wasn't curious to see what kind of conflicts might appear.
If I were you I will let de old DH+ as it is, collect all data into the old PLC, add a new card, devicenet or ethernet to talk with the new PLC.
Let us know what you decide and how it is going.
