[?]: how open csv from WinCC Flexible

i use wincc flexible 2005
i need open csv file i use other function--->startProgram

Program name:c:\record.csv
Program Parameters:
Display Mode:Normal
Wait for program to end:No

but not open csv file.

this message : error starting the application

programm name ->patch to excel.exe
programm parameter ->patch to your file(c:\record.csv)
