first time when you wisit this link, you must to install some PCS7 patches...cca 10min, and after that you will be able to open plant project in your intrenet explorer...

I sugest to all of you, If you have WinCC flexible on your system...DONT DO this...becouse PCS7 isnt support them in system so can be fight between...
