[?]: suggest cheap solution to control the temperature

Post by reymond_craig »

Hi,

Good evening my friend is asking me a cheaper solution he can offer to his customer.
His requirement is just to control the temperature with an analog control valve
and he don't have yet temperature sensor and he will also purchase one. The requirement of the process is to automatically change temperature setpoint every hour.
i'm thinking if logo can solve his requirements.

Note he need 1 analog input ( depends on what is available) and 1 analog output ( 4-20 mA)

Any link for logo information?

Thanks and warm regards

Hi reymond_craig

The best and cheaper solution is a PID compact controller with Dedicated Ramp/Soak Profiler ( ABB Commander C360, OMEGA, OMRON, PATRLOW.etc. or other brand with Ramp/Soak Profiler).
