Cannot. Only Factory Talk activation is working there. 16 was the last one supporting the old EVRSI.Sys thing.

At the end of 2008 all Rockwell Software products will need Factory Talk Activations.

You can still run 17 without the factory talk activation. Ran it today with the EVRSI master key. After installing you can uninstall factory talk and the firewall config tool so you don't keep getting the old activation notices.

As far as the software posted, if it's all there the activation key determines the version of the software.
