[?]: Problem with WinCC V6.2 and OPC server Moelller

Hi... people.. I have a problem when opening a project of WinCC (v6.2),my project treat about
the visualization of process values from a PLC(Moeller), where the comunication with WinCC is by OPC protocol(using S40 OPC Server of Moeller)
then when the application is running there isn't problem but when it is close and open again is show a message

C\Program Files\Siemens\WinCC\WinCCProjects\prueba1\prueba1.mcp file could not be loaded.

but,in the left side of WinCC explorer only are show the editors of Tag Managenemt, in the rigth side is show all editors but
when run the application it run with problem because the process values aren't visualize in the application, I review the OPC
comunication with Channel Diagnosis and it didn't show error and then
I was seeing in the file PMDiagnose.log an error message that apparently has to do with opening a project.
What's means this error?:

Note: the OS where run the application is Windows 2003 Server SP1 although on Windows XP SP2 has also happened me.

Regards
