The file structure on DVD is almost identical but when you compare folders you will see that all folders was splitted to this two DVDs. The size of DVD1 and 2 are different. I don't know why they split data over DVDs but I don't care about it.

graucho check in your DVD_1 and DVD_2 if they have the same number of folders and files as you can see in the images

The only one differentiates that I found between DVD_1 and DVD_2 is that the DVD_1 has incorporated Manuals, for me the DVD_2 lacks to some files (exe)

some files duplicated.

you can copy all files to one folder PS2008 and ignore duplacated files.
