[?]: Problem with SimaticNet V7.0

Hii
I have a problem with opc scout, when i open OPC scout i have a message "Couldn't find any local server".
I already install and reinstall simatic net, but i still have that message and
still can't use the software

Can anybody help me....???

Check for OPC.SIMATICNET server is running or not?

do you mean in the configuration console??
if true, i already check and it's running for a view second after that opc server are closed

.
i check in the services, the service for simatic net is running but in the simatic manager ( in the netpro) i have message communication "not available"

what should i do?????
