[?]: Startup problem EKB_Install 2008

Hi, when I try to start up Ekb I get the following message and cannot see any keys in the interface.
I dowloaded twice the program, so the file itself should be ok.

'Acces violation at adress 004CB706 in module 'Simatic_EKB_Install_2008-08_20.exe. Read of adress 000000000'

I haven't this problem.
Antivirus ?
How it work in other PC ?

I had this problem too. I found that if you have a usb memory stick plugged in the program works ok.

What name of your USB stick ?
I use GetFlash and A-Data.

I have a problem with EKB_Install_2008. The problem is same as you guys have with this programm. I have a error "List index out of bounds". I have divided hard disk into two partition, I put USB stick, but this not solve the problem. I turn off my antivirus programm, but this also didn't work. I have no idea what other to do? If someone knows the solution please tell me.

I 'll make virtual floppy drive, there is still a error, but the programm let me to choose one drive (C) and select all license,and I transfer all to Automation License Manager.
So I have license, and thanks very much.
