[?]: Installation old version of SIMATIC NET under WinXP

Hi,
I have got problem with installing old version of SIMATIC NET.
I need install this SW under WinXP OEM.
I dont want version with OPC.
I need COML S7 SW.
But for WinXP is not this SW supported.

Now I can install SIMATIC NET under win2000 and after upgrade this OS to WinXP and all is OK.

But I need install SIMATIC NET under WinXP OEM.
WinXP OEM version doesnt support upgrade.

I tryed change properties for .EXE files (compatibility - run file as windows 2000).
Installation was OK, but program not work correctly.
There is a message that in system is not licence.
But licence there are.

Can somebody help me?
