[?]: How learn wincc v6 software and wincc flexible ?

hi all
i am in bad need of signalizing the difference between these softwares
in useing,

wincc v6 software and wincc flexible 2005 or 2007

so it's first time for me to use anyone of them ,i try to learn any of each other

so which do you prefer to start to learn from each other?
