I need software for Yokogawa PLC: "FA-M3 Programming Tool" and Serial Number or Key.
AnyBody have it. Please Upload to Rapidshare.com

You can download software from kb.us.yokogawa.com

There is couple of version of WideTool 2 . first download and istall v.4 aftar that update it to v.5
