dear guys,ive been trying to open this ['fp' 三缸改进-L30R ]file using the [FPWIN GR] as well as the [FPWIN GR2] program still cannot proceed reading the file.
can anybody help me out what is the right program to use...

Rename your file so it does not contain any hieroglyphes.
