[?]: problems connect to cqm1

i have a cqm1 plc
i connect via the rs232 port
when i got the plc i had no problems connecting
but now i get som errors

i have trying using the cx supervisor fore making some scada for controling

maybe this is bloking for the cx programmer

when i start up it connects but then the plc stops

i cant reset the memory becase some kind of memory protection bloking

can i hard reset the plc some how by pulling out battery or something else


i have the connetion to toollink 7 even 2
