[?]: Problem when active WinCCV6.2

I install WinCCV6.2 and creat very light project,
when I active that project (or other lager project) it only active ~ 80% (at "graphic run time")
and stop there, don't active continue.
I used to waited for 1 hour but it only show time out and not acive the other part.

What should be reason for this trouble?

I use "Simatic_EKB_Install_2008_08_20" and install many license key of WinCC V6.2 to my hard disk.

Please tell me how I can fix this problem!

i would look to hotfixes of the wincc 6.2.
There must be 2 hotfixes espescially for hyperthreading issues
