One machine uses Heidenhain absolute scales (ERA 4480) for C-axis(rotation axis) and A-axis(Swivel axis).
Once I restored the old backup NC data by "Service--> series start-up" . After this, A-axis and C-axis lost their correct zero points.
I don't know why.
Anybody can give me answer?
