[?]: Can't install DO 322-1BF01-0AA0

Post by lennmarien »

Hey people,

I have some stuff here:

CPU: 316-2AG00-0AB0
DI: 321-1BL00-0AA0
DO: 322-1BF01-0AA0 with an 924-0CA00-0AB0 and the cable that's needed.

I have 1 problem, I can make programs and download them to my PLC. The LED of the DI lights up when is needed but the LED on the DO won't light up.

I made a simple program like IO.1 = QO.O.

In the Simatic Manager I can see that the LED of QO.O should light up, the software says that the bit is '1' when I make IO.O '1'. But there won't come any indication from the LED.

I found some manuals but I still do something wrong with the wiring.

Can you people please help me.

Thnx Lenn.

Hello, If you have good comunication with the PLC, and you see the online program when the out q0.0 is "1" but you do not see the led, then may be you have not made a good wire conection, please check the conections.

I make use of this:

http://www.sea.siemens.com/autogen/docs ... g_Data.pdf

I only connected one box. Is this maybe the problem?

I could connect the second box on the front connector but there are no pins in the second socket. Is this normal?

Sorry for stuped question, but have you got a correct HW config? Becouse if your DQ module is configurated as other adress (not as Q0.0)...
