[?]: MOMENTUM 171CBB97030 PLC

Greetings.
I have been asked to work on a Momentum 171CBB97030 PLC.
Apparently this requires either Concept 2.6 with Service Release 4, Patch A or greater or Proworx 32 version 2.1 or greater.

I have Concept Version 2.6XL SR1 and Proworx 32 version 2.0.
Neither pieces of software that I have seem to support that controller.
Is there a ready solution to my problem or am I stuck having to pay a zillion dollars for an upgrade to one of my two pieces of software?
