Hello
Start with installation of WinCC and trying some of example project. (you can find here to download). And after that for e is nessesary to go one course... Go on http://www2.sea.siemens.com/Training/ and select course by location or by products.... But in both case you need to read a lot... With search in GOOGLE there has a lot of manuals and examples...
