how to dumping original Pro-Dongle 1.9.6
I've start the "EPLAN Electric P8 1.9_ Dongles_Emulator"
Then I install the driver, after that I start the Service,
then I open the "Dumping"-Window, but in this I found no other button.
In the window "EMULATOR" the field "Licensed Dongles" is empty.
But there is an original Dongle on the USB-Port and EPLAN P8 works with this Dongle.
I'll try to dump the original key for use with the emulator.
Who can tell me the correct way to dumping an original dongle for P8???
Thanks...

You must have the full version of the emulator,
search to "SoftKey Solutions HASP/Hardlock Emulator 2007"
with this Version you an make an Dump of the Dongle.
The "EPLAN Electric P8 1.9_ Dongles_Emulator" is not the full version,
it is only a runtime version.
You need the "edge" tool to, it convert the dump.bin into a dump.dng to work whith the emulator.

hi. i want to dump a donge too.
but im very affraid that someone could happen an damage the dongle.
is there any risk with using dongle dumper ?
another problem:
i work at the moment with the dongle emulator which was linkes in an other topic. so i have started the emulator and copy the files *.000 and *.egf in the \Application Data\EPLAN\Common.
what i have to do, to reverse this step, so i can work with my original donge again.

I'm not sure, but i think i've read somewhere, that they aren't using flash memory, but write the security data in an EP-ROM chip (like a BIOS chip) before assembly, so it is impossible to write/erase the dongle through USB or paralell port.gika wrote: ... is there any risk with using dongle dumper ?
If you'r using SoftKey.Solutions.HASP.Hardlock.Emulator.2007-EDGE and have your dongle's dump-file and the fully-licenced-cracked-dongle dump-file then you can switch between them in the emulator (stop service, load dump, start service).gika wrote: ... work with my original donge again
