I am using Wincc Flex 2008.
But i am not able to create integrated project with Step7 Simatic Manager,
can anybodu help me?

A specific installation sequence must be followed to integrate WinCC flexible in STEP 7. You must first install the STEP 7 software, and then WinCC flexible. When installing WinCC flexible, it detects an existing STEP 7 installation and automatically installs the support for integration in STEP 7.
For user-guided installation, the "Integration in STEP 7" option must be activated.
If WinCC flexible is already installed and STEP 7 is installed subsequently, WinCC flexible must be uninstalled and reinstalled once the STEP 7 installation is complete.
If STEP 7 has already been installed and you are installing an update, such as a Service Pack, you will have to reinstall the "Integration in STEP 7" option in WinCC flexible.
Open the WinCC flexible Setup via the Control Panel and update the installation. Disable the integration of STEP 7. Restart setup and enable integration of STEP 7.
Interconnecting STEP 7 symbols in new STEP 7 projects
The interconnection of STEP 7 symbols with WinCC flexible tags will cause problems, if the corresponding STEP 7 project was created while another WinCC flexible project was still open.
Close all WinCC flexible projects before you create a new STEP 7 project.
