[?]: Fix WinCC Flexible 2008 install problems

1) If your Windows XP is not english
you may have problems when WinCC Flexible installer check your OS.
In this case try to Run:

\install_image\CD1\setup.exe /nooscheck

2) If you have problems when WinCC Flexible installer install SQL server:
after install stopped, delete all temporary files on c:
(run Cleanmgr.exe), and start the install again

hmm thanks but i install winccflex 2008 on winxp sp2 in german and czech and had never probs...
