Is it possible to access S7300 PLC to download project
or to be online with when you are connected Simatic Panel for example through Ethernet?
Panel and PLC are connected with MPI/DP.

There is no routing functionality in Siemens Panels as far as I remember

Yes, I have seen on Siemens support site that it should have S7 routing capability but it doesn't have as you said.
